HILLPLACE IRON MAIDEN

Madeline was sired by our Hillplace Ironbrew out of the very pretty and loving Hillplace Heidi.   Our Maddie was not a great beauty and did not like to eat so was never in show condition , but she is very kind , active and loving. Maddie was mated to Iceglint I`m Edward she had 2 pups Ch Hillplace Iron Lady and Hillplace Hitman Dan . Maddie came close to death 6 days after these pups where born , when she coughed and burst her stitches her c -section scar came wide open leaving no support for her tummy, we had to bandage her tummy which was now down by her legs.Luckily our vet was able to sort her out.   A year later Maddie had another litter by Edward nine pups where born , you would never know she was carrying nine more like 3 or 4 . All done well no problems three of the bitch pups became show dogs Hillplace Iron Oxide , Hillplace Gretal & the well known Hillplace Ironic owned by Mr & Mrs Walters .   We normally only have two litters from a bitch but as Maddies pups were so good we tried once more. Back to Edward again Maddie had nine pups again all very tiny we struggled with them and lost one the next day. The other 8 grew very slowly , eventually they started to blossom.   Maddie came up trumps again giving us the outstanding red boy Hillplace The Candy Man , the striking brindle Hillplace Sniper and dear sweet Hillplace Lil Miss Sunshine and many more very nice ones this was possibly her best litter . Hillplace Iron Maiden what a fantastic brood bitch , enjoy your well earned retirement our Maddie ,you are a credit to us .
